Phyllis Maurer

Phyllis Maurer is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over thirty years in residential brokerage. Currently working at Barrett Sotheby's International Realty since 2016, Phyllis previously served at Hammond Residential from 1984 to 2016, holding certifications such as CRS, CBR, LMC, and AHS. A long-time resident of Concord with deep family roots in the area, Phyllis has a strong connection to the local community, as their family has lived there for six generations, and their children have attended local schools. Additionally, Phyllis co-owned Frank Maurer Company, Inc. from 1977 to 2011, a family-run business involved in site development, septic installations, and earth moving, alongside a design/landscaping business and the sale of specimen trees.
