Kelly Baughman

Kelly Baughman is an accomplished executive and consultant specializing in leadership and cultural transformation. As the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Project Beacon Texas and the CEO and Founder of Beyond Next Leadership, Kelly has dedicated efforts to empower leaders to realize their full potential. In addition to roles as a Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer with Maxwell Leadership, Kelly serves as a Senior Leadership and Cultural Transformation Consultant at New Horizon Strategies, LLC, and a Cultural Transformation Practitioner at Barrett Values Centre. Previously, Kelly led the Business Transition practice at Planning Design Research Corporation for over two decades. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston and an Associate of Science from Lone Star College.
