Allen Maier

Allen Maier is an experienced professional in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Operations Manager at Barrette Outdoor Living since August 2008. Allen has been instrumental in establishing a Lean Manufacturing system while overseeing the transformation of Production, Quality, and Safety Departments at the Flint site. Prior to this role, Allen developed expertise in operations, materials, and supply chain management during a nine-year tenure at Delphi. Allen began the career at Active Industries as Shipping and Warehouse Area Manager, leading a 30-member team in a high-volume shipping operation. Allen holds a Master's degree in Lean Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University and a Bachelor's degree in Management/Marketing from Northwood University.
