Fernando also has experience as a self-employed director and owner of an organization development, human resources, and leadership training consultancy from 2003 to 2004. Fernando provided management and coaching programs for clients globally and helped organizations develop and implement HR policies.

Furthermore, Fernando worked at Schlumberger and Baker Hughes earlier in their career. At Schlumberger -- WesternGeco, they served as an Area Manager, implementing training and development strategies for merged organizations and designing interventions for mergers and acquisitions. At Baker Hughes -- Western Geophysical, they were a Global Sr. Training Instructor and Global Training Instructor, developing and facilitating leadership and management development programs globally.

Overall, Fernando Mendoza has extensive experience in human resources, organization development, and leadership training in various industries and has held leadership positions at national and global levels.

Fernando Mendoza obtained a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, which they attended from 1991 to 1994. Fernando then pursued a Master's degree from Harvard University, although the specific duration of their enrollment is unknown. In terms of certifications, Fernando received a Certified Professional Transformational Coach - Advanced Level from Coach Masters Academy in April 2021. Fernando also holds an Organization Development Certification from NTL Institute, obtained in May 2008, as well as an MBTI Trainer certification from OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates), obtained in March 1999. In October 2020, Fernando became a Certified Transformational Coach through Coach Masters Academy.
