Colleen Ackermann, CMRP, has extensive experience in quality and reliability engineering, currently serving as the Reliability Engineering General Supervisor at Barrick Gold Corporation since November 2011. In this role, Colleen leads the Reliability Engineering group focused on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and the development of maintenance strategies, along with data monitoring for equipment reliability improvements. Prior to this, Colleen held positions as Supplier Quality Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., Quality Engineer at Ambitech Engineering, Quality Manager and Supplier Quality Manager at Cabot Microelectronics, and Senior Quality Engineer at Special Devices Inc. Colleen began a career in quality management at Motorola, where various roles included Quality Manager and Device Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
