Kate Amirault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, data analysis, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Barrington Consulting Group since June 2021, Kate previously worked at Irving Shipbuilding as a Solutions Specialist, where responsibilities included data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Additional roles include Project Manager for continuous improvement at the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Category Planner at Sysco, and Operational Readiness Manager at Western Health NL. Kate's background also features significant experience in retail management as a Merchant at Kent Building Supplies, encompassing budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor collaboration. Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of New Brunswick.
