Pramod Dasanakoppa

Pramod Dasanakoppa has worked in the Quality Control field for the past 9 years. In 2020, they began their current role as Head of Quality Control at Barrix Agro Sciences Pvt. Ltd., where they are responsible for overseeing the testing and reporting of Pheromones, Biocontrols and Bio-Pesticides using Gas Chromatography (GC-FID), FTIR, AAS etc., as well as developing SOPs, MoAs, CoAs, Quality Policies, BMRs, MSDS and Monographs. Pramod is also responsible for implementing GLP, GDP and GMP standards and documents preparation. From 2012-2011, they worked as Assistant TPL/QC executive at Syngenta, where they quantified commercially important, marketable quality traits in Hot Pepper, Tomato and Cucumber using HPLC, UV spectrometer, Freeze dryer, glass ware washer, RO unit, Fume hood etc. Pramod also implemented new techniques, technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and conducted Hot Pepper field trials. From 2011-2012, they worked as a Trainee QC Officer at Wallace Pharmaceuticals, where they sampled and tested packing materials, raw materials, API's, tablets, capsules, ORS and stability samples as per Indian Pharmacopoeia standards (IP), prepared reagents, labels, buffers and cleaned glass wares, and analyzed Physical and chemical properties.

Pramod Dasanakoppa obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from SDM Collge between 2008 and 2010. Pramod also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from JSS College between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Hands on Training on Gas Chromatography from VPM's DrVN Bedekar Institute of Management Studies, Thane in October 2014, ISO 9001 Foundation - Quality Certification from Udemy, Microsoft Office 365 from Microsoft, and MyCrop E-learning.
