Vanessa Maru T. has a diverse range of work experience. Vanessa Maru started their career as a Summer Intern at ARREY SUPPORT Services in 2011, where they were involved in inventory tracking and journal entry input. Vanessa Maru then worked as a Tax Associate at ASAH ALPHA Consulting in 2013, responsible for compiling and submitting clients' tax returns.

In the same year, Vanessa joined BANQUE INTERNATIONALE DU CAMEROUN POUR L'EPARGNE ET LE CREDIT (BICEC) as a Bank Technician, providing account services to customers and maintaining transaction records.

Vanessa Maru then worked as an Accounting & Finance Officer at WINNERS CHAPEL INTERNATIONAL from 2016 to 2017, where they coordinated ledger reconciliation and managed the POS reconciliation process.

Vanessa's next role was as a Junior Accountant at Stephen and Associates CPA in 2018, where they focused on bank statement analysis, QuickBooks reconciliation, and preparation of reconciliation reports.

In 2017, they became a Store Manager/Finance Advisor at Connaisseur Paris LLC, where they provided outstanding customer service, initiated sales initiatives, and conducted monthly inventory audits.

From 2019 to 2021, Vanessa worked at AMAZING LOVE HEALTH SERVICES LLC as an Accountant/Payroll and Benefits Manager. In this role, they analyzed revenue streams, prepared financial reports, and led a project that recovered $1.5 million in revenue deficits.

Lastly, they recently joined Barron Lighting Group in 2022 as a Staff Accountant.

Vanessa Maru T. has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Vanessa Maru also pursued further education in Accounting and Finance, obtaining the ACCA qualification from BPP University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Buea from 2009 to 2012.
