Marisa Abrams

Marisa Abrams is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Contract Editor for Barron's Educational Series, focusing on the SAT Biology test prep materials since January 2020. Previously, Marisa has been a High School Science Teacher at Glenbard East High School since August 2007, instructing both regular and AP Biology, Chemistry, and Foundations of Chemistry while also fulfilling the role of a Title I Instructional Coach for three years. Marisa's experience with Educational Testing Service (ETS) includes serving as a Committee Member and Table Leader for the AP Biology exam from 2006 to 2016. Marisa holds a Master of Science in Education from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
