Abby Carmel

Abby Carmel is a seasoned senior content officer with extensive experience in content management and contributor engagement. They served as the Director of Contributor Onboarding and Engagement and later as VP of Content at Seeking Alpha from 2006 to 2016, overseeing large teams. Previously, Abby worked as an Assistant to the President at the Jerusalem College of Technology and held various roles at The Israel Museum, Jerusalem. Currently, they are the Managing Editor at Barron's, a position they took on in 2025. Abby holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The Hebrew University.
