Eduarda Chacon Rosas

Eduarda Chacon Rosas is an experienced legal professional specializing in LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and telecom strategy. Since April 2018, Eduarda has been a key member of the Data Privacy Committee at Barroso Fontelles, Barcellos, Mendonça Advogados, where responsibilities include leading a data protection team and providing strategic consultancy on data privacy and technology. Eduarda is also involved with various organizations, including the OAB as a member of the Special Commission on Artificial Intelligence, and serves as the Regional Coordinator for IBDEE in Brasília. With a solid academic background and ongoing doctoral studies at Universidade de Brasília, Eduarda has extensive expertise in data privacy, technology law, and regulatory compliance, supported by previous roles in both private practice and as an in-house lawyer.
