John Skinner

John Skinner currently serves as the Chief Safety and Security Officer for Barrow County Schools, a position held since August 2018. Prior to this role, John Skinner was the Chief of Emergency Services at Barrow County Emergency Services from July 2000 to August 2018. In terms of education, John Skinner earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lanier Technical College, where studies took place from 2013 to 2015.
