Beat Calabretti has extensive experience in human resources, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. They have held leadership positions in various global companies. Beat has worked at Barry Callebaut Group as the VP HR, Global Head of Talent, leading global talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement practices. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens Healthineers as the VP HR, Global Head of Employee, Leadership Development & Learning, where they designed and implemented a learning and development ecosystem for 66k employees. Beat has also served as VP HR, Global Head of Talent, People Development & Culture at TUI, and as Executive Director / Global Head of Talent, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness at Celgene. Additionally, they have held roles at Syngenta, Roche, Movenpick Hotels & Resorts, and Movenpick Holding AG, where they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as business & strategic capability development, learning & organizational development, and executive development.

- From 2010 to 2012, Calabretti earned a Master of Science degree in Organisation Consulting, Change & Coaching from Hult Ashridge.
