Estela Serrano Sanchis

Estela Serrano Sanchis is a seasoned professional in quality management with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Global Supplier Quality Auditing Manager at Barry Callebaut Group since March 2015, Estela leads the global auditing team and has held various managerial roles within the company, focusing on supplier quality operations and raw materials assurance. Prior experience includes positions at Mars from November 2010 to February 2015, concentrating on supplier quality assurance, and a technical development assistant role at Chiquita Brands International from May 2007 to November 2010. Estela holds a Master's degree in Food Sciences and Technology from KU Leuven and a Licentiate degree in Genetics and Microbiology from the University of Valencia.
