Francois Decaix

Francois DECAIX is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in demand planning and procurement. Currently serving as Supply Chain Team Lead and Central Supply Planner at Barry Callebaut Group since April 2019, Francois is responsible for ensuring capacity availability across a network of ten factories in Europe and analyzing operational production plans to effectively steer factory operations. Prior to this role, Francois held positions including Consultant Project Analyst at Intys Consulting, where leadership of the supply chain team for a German factory was a key responsibility, and Procurement Planner at Lixir, focusing on aligning material requirements with demand. Earlier experiences include roles at Kohler Co., Société Générale, Unilever, MM Barcoding Ltd, and Premium Contact.
