Gabriela Bednarz

Gabriela Bednarz is an experienced logistics and purchasing professional with a strong background in the food and confectionery industry. Currently serving as Team Leader Transport Solid at Barry Callebaut SSC Europe Sp. z o.o., Gabriela focuses on the transition and stabilization of logistic processes, specifically for European operations stemming from the largest chocolate factory in the world. Prior to this role, Gabriela worked as a Purchasing Specialist at Maspex Group, where responsibilities included negotiating raw material purchases, managing logistics for multiple brands, and optimizing stock management. Gabriela holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Filologia romańska from the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow.
