Gino Vandoorne

Gino Vandoorne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. At Barry Callebaut Group since April 2013, Gino has held various titles, including Productivity Manager and Central Planning Manager for Europe, where responsibilities include managing over 6,000 active chocolate SKUs across production plants and leading the European S&OP process. Previous roles included consultant for process improvement at GVConsult and EU Logistics Program Manager at CHEP, where Gino focused on customer collaboration and sustainability initiatives. With a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering Biotechnology, Gino is well-equipped with expertise in operational excellence, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
