Isabel Heidler

Isabel Heidler is a Human Rights Program Manager at Barry Callebaut Group, having begun this role in September 2023. Previously, Isabel served as a Sustainability Analyst at Forma Futura Invest AG from October 2022 to April 2023, focusing on sustainability performance assessments and controversy monitoring. Isabel gained extensive experience at Fairtrade Max Havelaar Switzerland from August 2019 to August 2022 as an International Cooperation - Junior Project Manager, contributing to projects such as the Landscape Monitoring Framework and Living Income Benchmark study in Peru. Earlier experiences include a Sustainability Internship at Barry Callebaut Group and a sales role at Lindt Chocolates. Isabel holds a Master's degree in Comparative and International Studies from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Economics from Heidelberg University, alongside studies in Globalising Economies and Political Sciences from Stockholm University.
