Jean-Philippe Reynard

Jean-Philippe Reynard, CPCC, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for Global Functions & Africa at Barry Callebaut Group since October 2015. In this role, Jean-Philippe oversees strategic execution and operational delivery of talent acquisition activities across Europe and Africa. Previous positions at Barry Callebaut include Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Head of CoE Recruiting & Talent Attraction, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts and implementing global recruiting processes. Prior to Barry Callebaut, Jean-Philippe held multiple HR roles at Swiss Re from July 2010 to September 2015, focusing on recruitment services and partnering with management teams. Earlier career experience includes serving as Country Director for Quest Recruitment Solutions International and various roles at Quest Recruitment Solutions, emphasizing recruitment management and business development. Jean-Philippe holds a BA Hons in European Languages & Business from Leeds Beckett University and training from the Coaches Training Institute in London.
