Lydia Gheraia has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Head of Key Accounts for Global Sustainability at Barry Callebaut Group since September 2015. Previous roles at Barry Callebaut include Global Sustainability Marketing & Communications Manager and Business Development Manager for both Global Corporate Accounts and Confectionery. Prior to this, Lydia worked at Saint Louis Sucre as an Area Sales Manager focusing on the Food and Pharmaceutical industries from February 2012 to August 2015, and held the position of Quality Assistant at Cornu SA for a brief period in 2011. Lydia holds a degree in Food Engineering from ENSAIA (2007-2010) and dual Master's degrees in Food Safety Management from both London South Bank University and Universitat Politècnica de València, completed in 2010 and 2011, respectively.
