Mark Pennington

Mark Pennington is an experienced sales professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Western Canada Gourmet Sales Manager at Barry Callebaut since May 2009, where responsibilities include managing Gourmet Sales Service and Technical Support across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Prior to this role, Mark worked as the Commercial Sales Manager for British Columbia at Qzina Specialty Foods Inc, achieving a remarkable 400% increase in sales over eight years. Additionally, Mark served as the Bakery Manager at Capers West Vancouver, overseeing all bakery production and related operations. Mark holds a degree in Bakery and Confectionery from Thomas Danby Culinary School and a WSET Wine diploma from Dubruille Culinary College in Vancouver.
