Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas has over 30 years of experience in the food manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as Regional Manager of Project Engineering at Barry Callebaut Group since March 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held various leadership positions, including Plant Manager at Wise Foods and Facility Manager at Cargill Cocoa and Chocolate North America. Additionally, Mark spent over 23 years at Archer Daniels Midland Company in roles such as Plant Manager, Capital Project Manager, and Production Manager. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, achieved in 1992.
