Nishchint Bhatia

Nishchint Bhatia currently serves as Vice President of Sourcing at Barry Callebaut Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Nishchint held the position of Syngenta Asia Pacific Region Head for Vegetable Seeds from April 2023 to June 2025. A significant part of Nishchint's career took place at PepsiCo from June 2007 to March 2023, where various leadership roles included Vice President and Head of Agricultural Procurement and Supply Chain for Asia, Middle East, and Africa, and earlier as Senior Director in the same domain. Nishchint began a professional journey at Monsanto India Limited from 1996 to June 2007 as Business Lead and later as Business Head, focusing on sales, marketing, and project management. Educational credentials include a PGDM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an M.Sc. in Agriculture from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University.
