Puneet Malhotra

Puneet Malhotra is an accomplished professional in the food technology and chocolate innovation sector, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Innovation & Technical Services at Barry Callebaut Group since September 2015. In this role, Puneet leads a dedicated team focused on providing sustainable chocolate experiences and fostering customer partnerships. Previous positions at Barry Callebaut include Senior R&D Director and various leadership roles in R&D. Prior experience includes R&D Manager roles at Mondelez Malaysia and Cadbury India Ltd, where Puneet specialized in chocolate category innovation and productivity. Puneet holds a Master’s degree in Food Technology from the Central Food Technological Research Institute and completed early education at Loyola High School in Pune.
