Kim William Moore

Kim William Moore is a Senior Project Manager at Barry Isett & Associates, where Kim William serves as the Survey Department Head overseeing a team of nine professional land surveyors. With over three decades of experience in the field, Kim William previously owned and managed their own land surveying practice before working as an Engineering Designer for the City of Allentown, PA. Prior to that, Kim William gained experience as a Surveyor at T & T Associates. Kim William holds a degree from the University of Delaware and has a strong background in boundary, topographic, construction, and telecommunication surveys.
