Lulu Schneiders

Lulu Schneiders is a seasoned professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as a People & Culture Adviser at Barry Nilsson since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lulu held various positions at Nova Energy from March 2020 to March 2024, including Business Partner People & Culture, Advisor, and Administrator. Additionally, experience in the industry includes working as an Administrator at Buddle Findlay from March 2019 to March 2020, and a Human Resources Intern at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) during the 2018/2019 summer. Lulu holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing Management from the University of Otago, and completed NCEA Level 1, 2, and 3, along with University Entrance at St Hilda's Collegiate.
