In 2014 and 2015, they were the Marketing Manager at LK Property Group, where they focused on marketing and project management. From January 2008 to August 2014, they held the position of Head of Digital at Ray White, contributing to digital innovations and analytics. Additionally, they also worked as the Digital Strategy Manager at Loan Market Home Finance Brokers and Xinc Financial Services. Furthermore, they have experience as a Digital Marketing Tutor at RMIT University and as the Founder, Director, and Marketing Manager of realestateguide.com.au, an online real estate portal.

Darren McCoy completed a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Southern Cross University between 2000 and 2004. Furthermore, they obtained a Certificate IV in Property Services from the Real Estate Institute of Victoria in 2015-2016. Additionally, they have an Agents Representative Certificate from the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV).
