Melissa Cunningham is a seasoned educator and legal professional with extensive experience in the field of Administration of Justice. Currently serving as a Professor at Barstow Community College since December 2015, Melissa previously held the position of Instructor at Rio Hondo College from January 2012 to December 2015. Prior to academia, Melissa worked at LexisNexis as a Manager for the Federal Team, specializing in Case Law Summaries from December 2000 to August 2015. Early career roles include Associate at Teamor & Associates and Staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. Additionally, Melissa gained judicial experience as a Law Clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, from 1995 to 1996. Melissa holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
