Dee Nickerson is the Managing Director of Human Capital Management at Bart & Associates. Dee has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various management positions during their career. Dee started their career as a programmer and has since been involved in various aspects of software development, including requirements gathering, project management, and quality assurance. Dee has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Dee Nickerson has a BBA from the University of North Texas in Business Computer Info Systems (BCIS). Dee also has certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. as a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist and from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master. Finally, they have certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.
