Madelyn Smith

Madelyn Smith has over 30 years of experience in functional analysis and human resources systems, currently serving as a Functional Analyst for US Courts at Bart & Associates, Inc. since November 2012, where responsibilities include reviewing business processes, creating Senior Management Metrics Reports, and identifying requirements for PeopleSoft enhancements. Previously, Madelyn held similar roles at SRI Consulting Inc. and served as a Senior Analyst for HR Systems at the American Red Cross, leading efforts in upgrading to PeopleSoft and acting as a functional subject matter expert for various data integration processes. Additional experience includes HR analysis at Guest Services, Inc., where contributions spanned policy management, employee relations, and budget administration. Madelyn holds a BS in Finance with a double major in Management from Virginia Tech.
