Pat Zhuoma is a seasoned proposal manager with over 20 years of progressive experience in written communication and proposal management across various sectors, including federal and commercial. Currently serving as Proposal Manager at Bart & Associates, Inc. since November 2010, Pat has demonstrated expertise in proposal development, project planning, document layout, and corporate presentation materials. Previous experience includes significant roles at Kent Independent Contracting and TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive proposal management and document production. Pat's career also features positions at SAIC/General Sciences Corporation, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and various editorial roles, along with a foundational background in education. Pat holds a Master’s degree in English and speech communication from West Texas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and history from Wayland Baptist University.
