Jon Gruber

Jon Gruber is an experienced Proposal Manager at CCI Systems since November 2025, previously serving as the Manager of DOT Compliance and Equipment Rental and Vice President HSE at Equix from July 2019 to November 2025. Prior to that, Jon held the role of President at Equix Integrity, an Equix Company, from January 2017 to July 2019. Jon's career began at Mi-Tech Services, Inc., where various positions included General Manager Land Services, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Utility Designer from January 1998 to January 2017. Early career experience includes a survey internship at Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. and a superintendent position at Aztec Heavy Construction and Paving, along with work as a Rigger/Relief Crane Operator at Bagwell Brothers Construction. Jon Gruber earned an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College between 1996 and 1998.
