Andrew Shuck

Andrew Shuck is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal Structural Engineer at BART since May 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Senior Discipline Engineer in Structural Engineering at Coffman Engineers from January 2022 to May 2022. Prior to that, Andrew worked at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc., where roles included Associate III and Senior Associate from September 2013 to January 2022. Andrew's career began at Degenkolb Engineers as a Design Engineer from September 2010 to September 2013, following a tenure as a Research/Teaching Assistant at Stanford University from September 2008 to June 2010. Andrew also gained early experience as an intern at Thompson, Dreessen & Dorner, Inc. from 2004 to 2009. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Stanford University (2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia (2008).
