Courtney Siu

Courtney Siu, PE, serves as a Senior Civil Engineer at BART since June 2023, previously holding a Senior Engineer position at EOA, Inc. from September 2010 to May 2023, where the focus was on aiding San Francisco Bay Area municipalities in compliance with the San Francisco Bay Area Municipal Regional NPDES Permit. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Davis, estimating atmospheric deposition impacts due to wildfires, and as a Sanitary Engineer for the California Department of Public Health, conducting field inspections of drinking water systems.
