Eric Gant

Eric Gant is an experienced professional currently serving as an Administrative Analyst at BART since May 2023, following successful completion of a comprehensive training program in customer service and operational procedures. Gant has significant experience in program development and marketing management at Oakland Natives Give Back, where responsibilities included expanding organizational reach, driving client satisfaction, and managing outreach efforts, resulting in the donation of over 4,000 school supplies and enrollment of more than 17,000 students. Previous roles as a plant operator at DTE Energy and Morrow Renewables, along with a customer service position at Home Depot, further contribute to a diverse skill set. Gant is currently pursuing dual master's degrees in Leadership and Business Administration at Grand Canyon University.
