Erica Joven

Erica Joven has extensive experience in the transportation and dental fields, currently serving as a (Temporary) Train Operator Employee Development Specialist at BART since November 2012. In addition to this role, Erica has a background as a Train Operator, Communications Specialist, and Operations Foreworker II at BART, where responsibilities included managing operations coordination and ensuring safe train movements. Prior to BART, Erica held positions in dental offices, including Office Manager at Feriel El Ghaoui, DDS, and Treatment Coordinator at James R. Urick, DDS, as well as roles in retail as Lead Cashier at Gap. Erica studied at the University of San Francisco from 2001 to 2002.
