Felix Mendoza

Felix Mendoza, CCP, has extensive experience in human resources and compensation within various organizations. Currently serving as a Principal Recruiter at BART since November 2014, Felix has also held roles such as Senior Recruiter and Senior Personnel Analyst at the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Analyst at the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District, and multiple senior compensation consultant roles at Barclays Global Investors, The Clorox Company, and Kaiser Permanente. Felix began their career as an Administrative Coordinator II at the Judicial Council of California. Felix holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Washington.
