Katherine Alagar is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in budget management and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Operating Budgets at BART since June 2015, Katherine has also held roles as Principal Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst within the organization. Prior to BART, experience includes a position as Supervising Analyst at the NYC Office of Management and Budget from September 2009 to May 2015. Katherine Alagar holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
