Susan Dutcher is an accomplished staffing and recruiting professional currently serving as Vice President of Delivery at Bartech Staffing since March 2024, after a successful tenure as Senior Recruiting Director and Director of Enterprise Staffing from November 2014 to February 2023. In previous roles at Bartech, Susan led various recruitment teams across North America and managed operations in partnership with other staffing brands. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruiting Officer at JPMorganChase from January 2006 to November 2014. Susan holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Research and Advertising from Wayne State University, and completed secondary education at Crestwood High School.
