Jeff Billig

Jeff Billig is the current Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Bartek Ingredients. Prior to their current role, Jeff served as the Vice President and General Manager of Delavau Bakery Partners by SafPro from July 2018 to December 2018. Their responsibilities included post acquisition transition and integration to strategic buyer.

From November 2011 to November 2013, Jeff was the Vice President of Commercial Operations at Solazyme Roquette Nutritionals, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for strategy development and implementation, as well as organizational structure and design.

Jeff Billig began their career in January 2007 as the Director of Polyols, Dextrose and North American Confectionery Market at Ingredion Incorporated. In this role, they had operating responsibility for the food division, P&L management, and new product development. Jeff held this position until November 2013 when they became the Vice President and General Manager of Delavau Food Partners. Jeff held this role until December of 2018.

Most recently, Jeff served as the General Manager of North America at SPI Polyols from January 2004 to December 2007.

Jeff Billig has a BS in Business from Penn State University.
