Michael Bader

Michael Bader is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax law and accounting. Currently serving as a JD - CPA - Professional Advisor at BarthCalderon, LLP since November 2011, Michael specializes in asset protection strategies, estate planning, wealth advisory, tax strategies, trust administration, estate settlements, foreign tax compliance, and eldercare services. In addition to this role, Michael has owned and operated the Offices of Michael Bader, JD CPA since 1984, providing tax planning, preparation, representation, and accounting services, along with trustee services and fiduciary tax preparation. Michael also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Tax Law at California State University-Fullerton from January 2015 to August 2018, teaching courses on various tax-related subjects.
