Debbie Stallings

Debbie Stallings, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Training at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors since July 2008, Debbie provides strategic leadership in developing and implementing HR policies and programs encompassing recruitment, retention, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Debbie served as the Human Resources & Training Manager, focusing on personnel programs and systems. Previous experience includes a position as Training & Development Specialist at Standard Aero and as a Teacher at Northside ISD. Debbie holds a Texas Teaching Certification in Education from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi and the University of Texas Brownsville.
