Juanita Biasini

Juanita Biasini is BHI’s Chief Administrative Officer with P&L responsibility for BHI’s Staffing Solutions Group, Human Resources, Payroll, Labor Relations, Legal, Marketing and the Nuclear Employee Concerns Program.

Juanita brings to BHI more than twenty-five years of Human Resources management experience in the industrial and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining BHI, Juanita was Principal at Blackstone and Cullen leading their Human Capital Management Group, providing global strategic Human Resources expertise to executive management regarding HCM transformations, governance, leadership development and vendor management. She spent several years at Aquilex, Inc. (now AZZ, Inc.) a global technology-based service provider to the energy industry in nuclear & fossil power generation, refinery and industrial processes as their SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer leading the human resource, safety and payroll functions globally. While at Aquilex, she spent a significant amount of time internationally including a European assignment as the acting Managing Director of WSI European where she successfully reorganized the business. In addition to her industry experience, she also worked as a senior HR executive for a number of manufacturing and service companies, including Interface, Inc., ExamWorks, Kids II, Clean Harbors and UniSource Worldwide (now Veritiv).

She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and her HR Diploma in Human Resource Management from Loyalist College.
