Paul Rubin

Paul Rubin is President of BHI’s Power Generation Services division, with oversight of BHI’s long-term maintenance, modification and construction contracts with power plants nationwide. His focus is on the long-term partnerships with customers, encompassing alliance services, turbine, valve, I&C and electrical services, civil maintenance and nuclear reactor services.

Prior to joining BHI in 2012, Paul was the General Manager of Fleet Outages for 5 FPL nuclear sites and had worked at FPL’s Turkey Point plant as General Manager and Director of Recovery since 2008. He worked with INPO as a Team Manager, representing INPO in a senior role. He spent 12 years with Entergy Nuclear, in various roles culminating as General Manager of Plant Operations for the Indian Point Energy Center. He also spent 13 years with Horace Cofer Associates as a Contract Instructor Supervisor. He started his career in the US Navy, earning his Nuclear Machinist Mate certification, and then spent 3 years as a Reactor Operator at Calvert Cliffs and Crystal River.

Paul holds his BS of Nuclear Technology from Thomas Edison State College.
