Roger Thies has extensive work experience in the field of management and operations. Roger started their career in 2004 at Fidelity Engineering as a Project Manager until 2005. In the same year, they joined Barton Associates where they held various positions such as Vice President and Director of Operations in the State College office.
Roger Thies attended Penn State University from 1992 to 1997. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a focus on the Mechanical Option.
