Karen Palasek

Karen Palasek is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in strategic leadership, team coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Partner and Certified Practitioner at HumanSkill.io since July 2023, Karen has also held the position of Director for the MBA in Strategic Leadership at Barton College since August 2017. Previously, as the Founder and Principal of Palasek Consulting Group, LLC, from January 2012 to August 2023, significant contributions were made towards improving team dynamics and leadership capabilities. Notable roles also include Director of the E.A. Morris Fellowship for Emerging Leaders, Assistant Professor of Management at Methodist University, and various teaching positions at different universities.
