Chris Proctor

Chris Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Chris started their career in 1997 as a Physical Therapist Manager at Emerald Bay Physical Therapy, where they directed the daily clinic flow and managed support staff. In 2003, they joined Tahoe Fracture & Orthopedic Medical Clinic, Inc. as a Physical Therapist Practice Manager, where they oversaw the daily operations of a busy orthopedic group and participated in strategic planning.

In 2009, Chris became the Sports Medicine Practice Manager, and later the Director, at Tahoe Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Chris then served as the Director of the Tahoe Center for Orthopedics, responsible for the operations and management of the center.

In 2014, they joined Lake Tahoe Surgery Center as the Administrator, overseeing the center's administration. During their time there, they held the position of Administrative Director at Barton Center for Orthopedics and Wellness, responsible for designing and managing a multi-specialty facility.

Most recently, Chris worked as the Director of Community Benefit and Business Development at Barton Health, where they planned, organized, and directed Barton's Community Benefit Programs. Additionally, they established effective business relationships within the community to promote the services of Barton Healthcare System.

Overall, Chris Proctor has gained extensive experience in healthcare administration, orthopedics, and physical therapy throughout their career.

Chris Proctor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and Speech Communication from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 1988 to 1992. Then, from 1994 to 1996, they pursued a Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist at Old Dominion University. Lastly, in the year 2018 to 2019, Chris earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Westerm Governors University.
