Timothy Taber started their work experience in 1995 at GHD, where they worked as a Design Engineer and later became a Project Manager. Timothy was responsible for managing municipal infrastructure and asset management implementations, developing operation and maintenance plans, and designing wastewater treatment and collection systems. In 2009, GHD acquired Stearns & Wheler, and Timothy helped develop asset management programs and plans for public and private organizations. Timothy also assisted in implementing enterprise asset management software. In 2011, they joined Barton & Loguidice as an Associate and became the Head of the Asset Management team. Timothy'srole involved providing assistance to municipal and private organizations in managing and improving the reliability of their infrastructure and production assets. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President at Barton & Loguidice, with a primary focus on leading the firm's efforts in Asset Management and expanding information management services into other disciplines within the company.

Timothy Taber's education history begins with their high school education at Cazenovia High School from 1986 to 1990, where they did not receive a specific degree or field of study. Timothy then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University at Buffalo from 1990 to 1995. Following that, Timothy attended Syracuse University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Engineering Management, with a focus on Engineering.

Aside from their formal education, Timothy has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2000, they became a Professional Engineer certified by the New York State Department of Education. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from IBM, including the IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6, the IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Manage v8.0, and the IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 Functional Analyst. Timothy's other certifications include the Certified Reliability Leader from the Association of Maintenance Professionals and various IoT certifications in Maximo Contract Management, Maximo Safety Management, and Maximo Workforce Management, all obtained from IBM.
