Zachary Vacek

Zachary Vacek, E.I.T. is an experienced engineer specializing in civil engineering and sustainable transportation. Currently serving as an Engineer II at Barton & Loguidice since December 2022, Vacek previously held the position of Engineer II in the Highway Group at CHA Consulting, Inc. from June 2019 to December 2022. Vacek also contributed to academia at the University at Buffalo as a Teaching Assistant and Student Assistant, focusing on engineering principles. Prior internship experience includes a role as a Civil Engineering Intern at CPL and a position as a Transportation Construction Inspector with the NYS Department of Transportation. Vacek holds both a Master of Science in Sustainable Transportation and Logistics and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
