Marc Stephens

Marc Stephens is an experienced professional in the field of mechanical engineering and project management, currently serving as Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer (MEP) at Barton Malow since February 2018. Prior to this, Marc worked at Bechtel Corporation for 16 years, progressing to Senior Mechanical Engineer/Lead, overseeing a team of over 10 engineers and managing project schedules and budgets. Earlier experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Robert E. Lamb, Inc., where responsibilities included duct designs and equipment selection, and as Project Engineer at MFS Transportation Systems, Inc., coordinating daily activities for the Delaware Electronic Toll Collection project. Marc's career began as a Field Engineer with MFS Network Technologies, contributing to various electronic toll projects. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University and an ASHRAE Certification in Basic HVAC System Design.
